Coronado’s Curragh mine hits record output

Australian listed metallurgical coal producer Coronado Global Resources reported a record quarterly saleable production and sales from its Curragh mine in Queensland in July-September, re?ecting improved demand post COVID lockdowns. Curragh produced 3.6 mt, a 25% increase on the previous quarter’s volume of 2.9 mt. This was due to improved mining contractor performance as well as the mobilization of additional ?eets to recover lost production and overburden from the first half of the year.
