High Ridge Brands acquires White Rain

US-based private equity company Brynwood Partners has acquired the White Rain personal care brand from Sun Products through its portfolio company, High Ridge Brands Co. As part of the transaction, High Ridge Brands has also acquired the Adorn, The Dry Look, Mink and Toni brands. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
