Croda sells off German business site for oleochemical production

Croda International has sold its Emmerich Site to KLK subsidiary Emmerich for euro 60.5m.Under the terms of the agreement, KLK will assume IAS19 retirement benefit obligations of approximately euro 35.2m, with cash payable at completion totalling euro 25.3m.
