EU to cut Russia AN anti-dumping duties by 31%

The EU will reduce anti-dumping duties on AN entering the bloc from Russia by 31% following a review, according to an official document published November 15. The duty rate on AN not in aqueous solutions for all producers other than EuroChem will be cut from European dollar 47.07/t to European dollar 32.71/t.
