Black Sea: Urea trade still slow on limited availability

Yuzhnyy availability of prilled urea is yet to increase while regional producers remain closed as is highlighted in the separate Ukraine entry. Bids for small volumes from prior inventory at $290/t FOB are not eliciting selling interest from suppliers holding out for a minimum of $300/t FOB, but the latter offers are also not triggering sales.
