As reported last week, LS Nikko’s tender for 100,000 t of acid for 2019 export was awarded to a trader in the upper $60s/t FOB. There were subsequently reports from some sources that the seller offered a further 100,000 t for 2019 that was awarded in the low $70s/t FOB to a different trader, though this was not yet confirmed.
