China: DAP domestic prices little changed

Chinese suppliers recently achieved a slight increase in domestic DAP prices on higher raw-material costs but demand remains limited until later in the fourth quarter. This week domestic prices are pegged flat at RMB 2,600-2,700/t EXW ($375-389/t), although these prices are still around $10-15/t below the netback from latest export prices. Some suppliers are now said to be pushing for sales reflecting RMB 2,750/t EXW with higher prices expected to be offered through Q4 ahead of the spring buying season.
