Russia: FW may replace Black Sea with Ust Luga FOB

Fertilizer Week is considering the removal of the Black Sea spot FOB sulphur assessment and beginning a Baltic or Ust Luga FOB spot assessment. An increasing share of exports from Russia, Kazakhstan, and elsewhere have been moving through Ust Luga, while cargoes out of the Black Sea have become smaller and less frequent.
