Brazil: MAP edges higher with latest sales

Brazil’s MAP assessment has increased on reports of new sales at $455/t CFR, although there were indications that business may have been concluded as high as $460/t CFR, with offers quoted at that level. Russian material was said to be offered no lower than $455/t CFR. The delivered MAP price is now pegged at $450-455/t CFR, pending confirmations of sales at higher prices.
