OCI’s Geleen ammonia facility fully restarted this week following a prolonged shutdown. Production was due to restart June 14 but higher natural gas prices and low ammonia prices at that time meant purchases from the spot market for import through OCI’s port facilities in Rotterdam were an attractive option.
