Much of the market balance and price direction over the coming months will depend upon export volumes from Russia, sources said, and most market participants expect a lack of exports to drive a more bullish market. Although the eventual volume of exports is uncertain and depends on available logistics, it is expected to be lower than a typical Q3 of recent years.
