Mexico: MAP price assessed flat

Fertinal is rumoured to have sold a 45,000 mt MAP vessel to a trader for shipment to Brazil for mid-May loading. The deal is likely under formula prices while current spot MAP prices in Brazil would likely netback to $405- 410/mt FOB Mexico after a slight trader margin. After recent slight rises in DAP prices in Latin America, the Mexico DAP price is now pegged at an indicative $410/mt FOB, up from $405-410/mt FOB.
