Adnoc and OCP plan new fertilizer joint venture

Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (Adnoc) and Morocco's OCP agreed to explore the creation of a fertilizer joint venture comprising a new production hub in each country. The proposed JV will utilise Adnoc's sulphur, ammonia and gas expertise, and shipping and logistics network, along with OCP's access to phosphate resources and fertilizer knowledge, Adnoc said in a statement on its website. New and existing assets are planned to be used.
