Spot prices for sulphuric acid sales to Chile were assessed down at $85-100/mt CFR from $90-100/mt, with forward business reported around the lower end of the range. One trader reported selling a cargo last week for May delivery in the mid-$80s/mt CFR, with competition preventing higher prices. Another trader was confident they could obtain the high $80s/mt CFR based on the enquiries they were receiving, but noted that prices up to $100/mt would now be unlikely.
