Spot prices for sulphuric acid sales to India were assessed unchanged at $35-50/mt CFR on an indicative basis. The spot market has been relatively quiet in recent weeks. Traders in India were pegging prices around $40/mt CFR, but as East Asian FOB levels have increased above the mid-$20s/mt while regional freight rates remain relatively high, prices in the $50s/mt seem more realistic.
