India: Counters emerge from IPL for WCI and ECI

As was reported in the September 9 Urea Market Alert, IPL issued counters to participants in the September 8 urea tender for West Coast India (WCI) discharge based on the low offer from Comzest for Rozi at $241.22/mt CFR as expected. The counter for East Coast India (ECI) was issued at $246.91/mt CFR, substantially below the lowest offer from Amber for ECI at $251/mt CFR.
