US S. Plains: Urea pushed higher by replacement costs

During recent weeks granular urea prices along the Arkansas River often trailed costs out of the barge market, but many distributors in Oklahoma and Arkansas moved prices up more quickly in recent days. Nearby demand remains seasonally modest, which contributed to prices trailing replacement costs in some weeks.
