Ukraine’s OPZ has cancelled its intended award to AT DK Ukrnaftoburinnya for tolling of natural gas for ammonia and urea production, it said on its Facebook page on March 10. The price offered by Ukrnaftoburinnya at $77/t for urea was termed unrealistic, while the offer for ammonia tolling at $39.50/t was in line with other proposals.
