The spot price assessment for sulphuric acid cargoes from Europe was lowered again on an indicative basis to -$15/t to -$5/t FOB northwest Europe following feedback from market participants. Some traders reported they were receiving offers at double-digit negative FOB prices, and most traders doubted whether single-digit negative netbacks would be achievable on any new spot sales.
