Saudi Arabia: Safco 4 ammonia and urea down

Sabic's Safco 4 ammonia and urea plant is shut, following reports last week of an outage. The ammonia plant has a capacity of 1,089,000 t/year. The Al Jabirah returned to Al Jubail December 3. The Al Barrah is expected back on December 10. Sabic has yet to charter either one and it is yet to be decided which vessel will load for India – 14,000 t to GSFC.
