India: Spots of DAP demand push up price

Spots of DAP import activity in India helped support a slight rise in prices to $370-375/t CFR from $369-372/t CFR. Ma'aden reports it sold a 50,000 t DAP cargo to India for late October loading in the mid- $370s/t CFR. The buyer is rumoured to be IPL but this has not been confirmed. OCP said it sold two 50,000 t DAP cargoes to India for November loading in the low $370s/t CFR. These will likely arrive in India before the end of the year.
