OPZ postponed its electronic action for a gas tolling provider to produce ammonia and urea at its facility due to disagreement over the exclusion of one of the participants in an earlier round. Socar Energy Ukraine was excluded from entering the final round of the auction along with Okko Contract. The three suppliers allowed to proceed to the end stages were: IBE Trade, Maddox, and AGT, the current provider of gas through to the end of August.
