Saconix buys Brake sulphur terminal

Saconix International GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of US-based Saconix LLC, has bought the assets of the sulphur export terminal in Brake, Germany from Norddeutsche Erdgas-AufberreitungsGesellschaftmbH, it announced July 2. The seller is a joint venture of Mobil Erdgas-Erdol and BEB Erdgas und Erdol. Saconix and its partners LogServ Logistics Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of J. Muller AG, have designed and intend to build a newly-reconfigured sulphur import terminal at the Port of Brake.
