India’s RCF again extended the validity of offers received in its October 9 tender until October 23. Validity was originally due to expire October 19 and was then extended to October 21. The additional extension has been attributed to RCF's need to arrange financing and port allocations for purchases of up to 2 Mt urea following acceptances of over 2.2 Mt to RCF counters at $279.94/t CFR for West Coast India (WCI) and at $279.25/t CFR East Coast India (ECI).
