France: UAN activity at Rouen remains muted

There is a lack of activity at Rouen this week, market sources report. Traders cite prompt activity and up to October as non-existent and quote offers for November-December deliveries around €155/t FCA but say any sales are negligible. Some sources think producers are reportedly unlikely to put forward spring offers anytime soon as they are taking a wait-and-see approach regarding the uncertain situation in Belarus and keeping a close eye on the urea market which to many seems to have hit a ceiling.
