China: Acid exports and imports plunge in March

China’s exports of sulphuric acid for March 2020 were down 63% year on year at 104,777 t, leaving total exports for the first quarter of the year roughly stable at 508,867 t, according to customs data. The fall in March exports came as global demand and prices declined while domestic demand picked up following the easing of China's lockdowns.
