Sinopec’s Puguang, the largest sulphur producer in China, increased its port price but lowered its factory prices for sulphur sales this week. Both prices were unchanged last week following four consecutive weeks of price declines. The seller’s price at Wanzhou port was up RMB 20/t ($3/t) at RMB 600/t FCA, while the factory price at Dazhou was down RMB 30/t at RMB 520/t EXW, leaving prices on average at their lowest level since February.
