West Africa NPK prices rose another $5/t entering September on a lack of availability, higher DAP prices and spots of demand, according to market sources. Prices are generally pegged around $260-265/t CFR with some indications of small-volume sales around $270/t CFR, up from $255-260/t CFR entering August. OCP recently sold roughly 90,000 t NPKs to African markets for September shipment, including volumes to Guinea and Angola.
