Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) awarded its January 16 import tender for 13,600 t standard MOP to Agri Commodities this week, according to market sources. Agri Commodities was reported to have submitted the lowest offer in the tender at $316/t CFR sight basis. The trader was also said to have offered $317.25/t CFR with 180 days credit and $320/t CFR with 270 days.
