Further confirmation was received of sales to India below $10/t CFR. This left the spot assessment for India at its lowest level since June 2016, having fallen 88% since the start of 2019. This business confirmed that netbacks from Japan/South Korea were now as low as around -$20/t FOB, pushing the published range down further.
