US S. Plains: Some lower prices emerge for DAP

Rain substantially reduced field work across much of the Southern Plains this week leading to more aggressive DAP offers in some areas. DAP offers in Little Rock Arkansas are as high as $380/st FOB. Truck prices for DAP in Oklahoma are reported at $350/st FOB.
