Sirius Minerals suspends $500 million bond offering

Sirius Minerals has suspended its proposed offer of $500 million of senior secured notes due to “current market conditions”, the company said in a press release August 6. Sirius plans to re-offer the bonds “when conditions have improved later this quarter”.
