Sulphur prices in China continued their downward spiral this week while inventory levels remained high. Earlier in the week, a purchase by an end user was reported at $79/t CFR. Subsequently, bids from end users declined further, and were around $75/t CFR for deliveries to southern China by later in the week. No sales were yet reported this low, but some traders believe they would struggle to make new sales in the upper $70s/t CFR.
