K+S brings agriculture and minerals businesses together

Germany’s K+S has merged its minerals and agriculture business together as part of its ‘Shaping 2030’ corporate strategy, the company said November 4. The two units will now operate under the company K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH in a move which will see the producer bundle its potash, salt, waste disposal and transportation activities in Germany together.
