US Midwest: DAP finally moving from fall stores

Phosphates are moving from distributors in the Midwest this week, but retailers still are pulling material that has been waiting for use since last fall. The DAP and MAP 11-52-0 going to retailers is rapidly being applied to corn and soybean acres on both sides of the Mississippi River, according to distributors. The current hard freeze is allowing dry fertilizer applications in the region.
