Abu Qir Fertilizers (AQ) confirmed the sale of 10,000 t prilled urea to an undisclosed buyer for early-March loading at $250/t FOB Abu Qir port this week. Helwan Fertilizer Co. (HFC) is reported to have sold 25,000 t granular urea at the same price for end-February loading from Damietta, and Alexfert subsequently sold 8-12,000 t at $249- 250/t FOB, according to local sources.
