US Midwest: UAN sales continue ahead of demand

UAN continued to sell this week despite heavy rain and forecasts of more rain in the coming week, according to distributors on both sides of the Mississippi River. Retailers are believed to topping off their supplies in anticipation of top-dress demand once corn begins to emerge. UAN top-dress application work is expected to continue through June and possibly July in some places, especially as corn sowing may run through June 10 in the Midwest.
