India: Assessment lower as stocks edge higher

Activity in the India market was limited this week, with an absence of confirmed new sales and few cargoes under negotiation. Zuari was said to be seeking a cargo of 40-50,000 t DAP and sources suggested the importer countered at $340/t CFR inclusive of 180 days credit, or around $335-336/t CFR excluding a trader margin. No sale was heard at the time of writing on August 29.
