US Midwest, N. Plains: Urea waiting for better weather

Frozen conditions continue to prevent urea application work in the Midwest and Northern Plains regions, according to regional distributors. Nevertheless, offers from suppliers have begun to shift more in line with traditional spreads across northern markets. In the Midwest granular urea is quoted at $275-285/st FOB again. In the Dakotas quotes were down to $305-310/st DEL for railcars and truckloads.
