OCI posts lower sales on plant turnarounds

OCI posted total sales of $634 million for Q3 2019, down on the $774 million recorded in Q3 2018, the company said in its November 25 financial results. The company attributed the 18% decline in sales to an extensive planned turnaround and debottlenecking programme at 11 of its nitrogen plants, and lower methanol and ammonia prices.
