Morocco: Full-year 2018 DAP exports up 34%

Morocco’s DAP/MAP/NPK/NPS exports in the full year 2018 rose 3.9% year on year to 7.3 Mt as DAP/MAP increases offset falls in NPK/NPS exports, according to the latest IHS Markit data. Morocco DAP exports in the 12 months rose 34% year on year to 3.1 Mt. Volumes to India rose to 740,813 t from 54,812 t, exports to the US increased 60% to 802,419 t, exports to Pakistan increased to 226,347 t from 20,829 t, and volumes to Romania rose 1.4% to 131,853 t.
