China: Urea volumes for RCF expected lower

Chinese suppliers are not chasing additional sales to traders holding awards and Letters of Intent from RCF pursuant to sales of close to 1.76 Mt urea to load by December 19, and the traders are facing an uphill battle to secure cover from China.
