India imported 562,000 t MOP in June, a 47% increase year on year, according to updated FAI data. The volume for April-June was up 2.5% at 1.34 Mt. June sales of MOP in India for direct application were down 25% from the same month of 2018 at 158,850 t, with sales in April-June down 17% year on year at 367,630 t.
