OPZ discussing restart of nitrogen plant

Ukraine’s OPZ is suggested discussing a restart of its nitrogen plant in February with potential new gas tolling partner Energy Equivalent. Energy Equivalent would supply natural gas to the company and sell finished products, ammonia and urea.
