I am driven to the conclusion that superfast broadband is rather like jam - we're always going to get it tomorrow.Perhaps I should have kept a record of how many times we have been promised that broadband speeds in rural areas would soon be up to those enjoyed in urban centres, because I have lost count.But this I can say - the number of promises to deliver match exactly the number of failures to deliver.
