When Toby and Lydia Whatley wanted to add value to their farm business, they decided to approach the Henry Plumb Foundation for help.The couple grow spelt wheat to conservation grade standards on their 120ha farm in Herefordshire. They were selling spelt flour in small bags to farm shops and small bakeries - but were keen to take the business to the next stage.
