Health & Beauty America (HBA) will join together marketing and manufacturing representatives in the cosmetic,fragrance,and personal care industry at the 13th annual HBA,to be held September 27-29,2005,at the Jacob K.Javits Convention Center in New York,NY USA.Among the many highlights of the show,HBA and C&T will present International Technical Awards-dual awards for new technologies-which will be presented to companies that have developed a new ingredient,based on strong science and outstanding application potential,that advances product performance and efficacy.The Technical Award nominees will be selected by a Council of 50,composed of R&D leaders from around the world and appointed by the editorial staff of C&T.The final voting will be carried out by top management in R&D functions.
