Inpex takes bullish view of Norwegian prospects with Barents Sea licence deal

Japanese exploration and production (E&P) company Inpex's entry into Norway three years ago has paid off as the company this week made its debut in the Barents Sea. Inpex's arm in the Kingdom of Norway – Inpex Norge – has acquired a participating interest in exploration license PL 767, marking the company’s first upstream offshore position in the country.
