Lebanon prepares second offshore licensing round despite government gridlock

The Lebanese Petroleum Administration (LPA) has recommended that offshore blocks 1,5,8 and 10 be tendered in Lebanon’s second licensing round,expected to get underway in early 2019,but which must be preceded by the formation of a new government.
