UK-based consultants Xodus Group has agreed to acquire Australia’s Green Light Environmental. Xodus said that the new integrated environmental capability in Perth (Australia) would be led by Petrina Raitt, who was the managing director of Green Light Environmental. Raitt also founded eBase, a cloud-based environmental impact assessment platform aimed at supporting EIA and pro- ject approvals.
